Exclusive access to the results of a check and the underlying justification are shown solely to the consumer on their mobile device. Access for the business is restricted to the approval status, which does not include any of the consumer's private information.

Results quickly populate, enabling consumers to seamlessly proceed with their purchase, rental or training upon receipt of a favorable green approval. Should a consumer not receive the green approval, they can immediately see why and if necessary, can dispute the results through the app.

If a consumer chooses to dispute their outcome, a DoubleCheck team member will be in contact with them within 24 hours to talk through results and provide next steps.
