Tim Kennedy

Tim Kennedy is an active Special Forces master sergeant and sniper with combat deployments throughout the middle east as part of the most elite counter terrorism and hostage rescue unit within the U.S. Army Green Berets.

  • He is a former professional mixed martial arts fighter and two time title challenger. Having fought for the largest organizations in the world to include the UFC, Strikeforce, and the WEC, he holds numerous black belts including Brazilian jujitsu and U.S. Army Combatives.

    Kennedy is a serial entrepreneur, a New York Times Bestseller and the co-Founder of the NGO, Save Our Allies.

    Kennedy donates his time and talent to protecting and preserving human life through his companies and his continued service.

Jody Weis

Jody Weis served in the FBI for 23-years, holding every position from Special Agent to Deputy Assistant Director. As a member of the FBI’s Senior Executive Service, Weis served as the Special Agent in Charge of both the Los Angeles and Philadelphia field offices, as well as working as Deputy Assistant Director in both the Human Resources Division and the Office of Professional Responsibility.

  • During his investigative years, Weis focused on fugitives, violent crimes, gangs, and terrorism matters. He also performed the ancillary duties of SWAT, Special Agent Bomb Technician, and Firearms Instructor. Following a rash of controversial incidents, Mayor Daley appointed Weis as the 54th Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department. In 3-years, he drove cultural change and implemented policies that resulted in the lowest homicide totals in 45-years, reduced lawsuits against police officers by nearly 50%, and formed scores of new relationships with both community and law enforcement partners.

    The Chicago Police Department is the second largest police department in the US, with more than 13,000 sworn officers and with an operating budget in excess of $1B. In 2014, Accenture made the decision to pursue public safety opportunities in North America and brought Weis, and his 26-years of law enforcement experience, on board to serve as its North American public safety expert. For the past 7-years, Weis was a pioneer of Accenture’s US public safety practice. He has proven to Accenture leadership that its public safety industry can pursue and win work in North America. Weis was also a key member of Accenture’s global public safety team, bringing his experience, knowledge, and insight to Accenture to offer the expertise of an actual police practice that complemented this global firm’s immense consulting, technical, and strategic capabilities. This unique combination separated Accenture from many, if not all, of its competitors Weis is a graduate of the University of Tampa, and served 5+ years as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Commander, earning the rank of Captain in the US Army. He and his wife Janice live in Scottsdale, AZ.

General Craig R. McKinley., USAF (Ret.)

General Craig R. McKinley, USAF (Ret.) was elected Chairman of the ANSER Board of Directors in November 2020. He completed his tenure as National Chair of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve on November 14, 2019. General McKinley retired as the President and CEO of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) on June 30, 2017.

  • McKinley came to NDIA from the Air Force Association (AFA) where he had served as President since October 1, 2012. After 38 years in the Air Force, McKinley retired as a four-star general in November 2012. His last assignment was as the Chief of the National Guard Bureau, where he also served as a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In this capacity, he was a military adviser to the President, the Secretary of Defense, the National Security Council and was the Department of Defense’s official channel of communication to the Governors and to State Adjutants General on all matters pertaining to the National Guard. McKinley received his commission in 1974 as a distinguished graduate of the ROTC program at Southern Methodist University. He has served in numerous assignments in flying and operations, as well as command positions at group, wing, sector and field operating agency levels.

    His assignments include Commander, 1st Air Force, Air Combat Command, and Commander, Continental U.S. North American Aerospace Defense Command Region, Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. He has served as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C., and Director, Mobilization and Reserve Affairs Directorate, U.S. European Command, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany. McKinley is a command pilot with more than 4,000 hours, primarily in the T-38, F-106, F-16 and F-15. Additionally, he has been pilot in command in the C-131 and C-130 operational support airlift aircraft. Among his military decorations are the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal with bronze oak leaf cluster; Defense Superior Service Medal; Legion of Merit; Meritorious Service Medal with two bronze oak leaf clusters; Air Force Commendation Medal with two bronze oak leaf clusters; Air Force Achievement Medal with two bronze oak leaf clusters; Combat Readiness Medal with four bronze oak leaf clusters; and National Defense Service Medal with bronze service star. McKinley received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1974 and a Master of Arts degree in Management and Economics from Webster College in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1979. He received a Master of Science degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College in 1995.

Dan Hollaway

Dan Hollaway is the co-host of Drinkin’ Bros Podcast, Citizen Podcast, and the co-owner of Tetherball Academy Media Podcast Network. Hollaway is a Veteran of the US Army and served in Iraq and Afghanistan as an infantryman.

  • He enlisted in 2005 and joined the 82nd Airborne Division. He reached the rank of Sergeant and received several awards and decorations for his service, including the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Parachutist Badge, and the Army Commendation Medal.

    He left the military in 2010 and earned a degree in International Homeland Security from Penn State University. He supports Veterans’ causes and participates in charity events and fundraisers. He often talks about the challenges and struggles that Veterans face when they return to civilian life, such as PTSD, depression, addiction, and unemployment. Dan plays a large role in the Veteran community as an advocate for suicide prevention through the Targeting a Solution initiative.

Brian Goldstein

Brian Goldstein, a resilient and compassionate entrepreneur, has defied all odds to establish himself as a thriving business magnate. Eli Cuevas

Eli Cuevas embarked on his military journey as an Infantryman after high school in the US Army. During his military career, he completed multiple schools and a tour in Iraq. Upon exiting from the military, Eli transitioned to a new chapter as a personal trainer while actively learning and engaging in digital and social media.

  • A viral video game review kickstarted Eli’s foray into the digital realm and motivated his study of film and visual effects. Eli's digital media journey took a professional turn when he secured a production position at the mobile gaming company, PowerA Moga where his experience paved the way for future roles at Rocketjump, Corridor Digital, and most notably, Black Rifle Coffee Company, where he was a senior asset and director in content creation. In 2018, Eli Cuevas stepped into the spotlight as he starred alongside Vincent “Rocco” Vargas in the reality TV series "Brothers in Arms" for the History Channel. Beyond his digital media endeavors, Eli celebrates an entrepreneurial spirit with his companies, from online marketing consulting, to Out of Regz Mens' grooming, and the Unsubscribe Podcast. The latter of which he is the most proud of because of the positive change it is making across the world through a myriad of communities including comedy, resilience, and mental health. A staunch advocate for his fellow service members and Veterans, Eli gives back to the military and veteran community with his time, talent, and message of service after serving.
